West of Bend

• From Newport Ave head towards Highway 97.
• Continue on Greenwood Ave.
• Turn left at NE 27th/Denser Rd. Continue to follow NE 27th St.
• Turn left at NE Neff Rd.
• Turn right into the St. Charles Emergency entrance and then immediately turn right into the parking lot of the building on the right.

South of Bend

• From Highway 97 head towards Greenwood Ave.
• Turn right at NE Greenwood Ave.
• Turn left at NE 27th St/Denser Rd. Continue to follow NE 27th St.
