We're here for you with extended hours, easy accessibility and a mission to support your wellness. We think it's important for every member of our community to have access to reasonably priced, high quality care.

Your Caregivers

St. Charles Immediate Care will be staffed by a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in emergency medicine or by a board certified Emergency Physician, alongside a registered nurse and X-Ray technician on duty at all times during open hours.

Physician Hospital Alignment for Central Oregon

The Physician Hospital Alignment for Central Oregon (PHA) is a unified, principles-based group of physicians working with St. Charles Health System and other partners to build a physician-directed, community-based health care system in Central Oregon that will improve the health of our community, enhance the patient care experience and reduce or control the cost of care.

By providing easy-access care to Central Oregonians and by working closely with local providers such as Mosaic Medical and Volunteers in Medicine to provide extended hours of care to their patients, St. Charles Immediate Care is proudly supporting the mission of the PHA.
